Daily Move Community Guidelines

Welcome to Daily Move ā a global community where people share routines, fitness journeys, and everyday motivation. We want everyone to feel safe, respected, and inspired. By using Daily Move, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Be Respectful
Treat all members with respect. Do not harass, threaten, or bully others. Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory comments about race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability are strictly prohibited.
2. Keep It Real
Post authentic content related to your fitness, sports, or daily life. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent who you are. Do not spread false or misleading information.
3. Safe and Legal Content Only
The following are strictly prohibited:

Illegal, violent, or threatening content.
ā¢
Sexual, pornographic, or obscene material.
ā¢
Content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or unsafe exercise practices.
ā¢
Selling or promoting drugs, weapons, or regulated goods.
4. No Spam or Misuse
Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content. Advertising without permission is not allowed.
5. Intellectual Property & Privacy
Upload only content you own. Do not post personal information (addresses, phone numbers) of yourself or others without consent.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy & Enforcement
To ensure a safe environment, Daily Move strictly enforces the following policies regarding user-generated content:

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
ā¢
Reporting Mechanism: Users can report any objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the app by using the "Report" button on posts or profiles.
ā¢
Blocking Mechanism: Users can instantly block abusive users by selecting the "Block" option. Once blocked, the abusive user's content will be immediately removed from the blocking user's feed.
ā¢
Developer Action (24-Hour Rule): Upon receiving a report, the Daily Move moderation team will review and act on the objectionable content within 24 hours. This includes removing the content and/or ejecting the user who provided the offending content from the platform.
7. Consequences of Violations
Serious or repeated violations of these Guidelines will lead to:

Immediate removal of the offending content.
ā¢
Temporary or permanent suspension of the user account.
ā¢
Reporting to law enforcement if required by law.
