1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Mavericks in Motion Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and users (“you”, “your”, or “member”) in connection with the use of the mobile application Daily Move (“Service”).
2. Definitions

“Service” refers to all digital features provided through the Daily Move app.
•
“Content” means any material (text, image, video, etc.) created or shared by users.
•
“Subscription” refers to auto-renewable paid services provided within the app.
3. Subscriptions and Billing (Added for Guideline 3.1.2)
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through the Service:
•
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
•
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
•
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Standard EULA: By using this Service, you also agree to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stgcu/
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy (Updated for Guideline 1.2)
Daily Move maintains a safe and respectful community. To ensure this, we enforce a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Prohibited Content: Users may not post content that is offensive, insensitive, upsetting, intended to disgust, in exceptionally poor taste, or otherwise inappropriate.

Reporting: Users can report any content or user that violates these Terms directly within the app via the "Report" feature.
•
Blocking: Users can block any other user to immediately hide their content from view and prevent further interaction.
•
Moderation & 24-Hour Rule: The Company will review all reports and act on objectionable content and/or the abusive user within 24 hours. Action includes, but is not limited to, removal of the content and/or permanent expulsion of the user.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must not:

Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights.
•
Post hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
•
Upload sexual, pornographic, or violent material.
6. User Content Rights
The copyright of user-created content remains with the creator. However, by posting, you grant the Company a license to host, display, and distribute such content for service operation and marketing.
7. Service Restrictions
The Company may restrict or suspend access without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or applicable laws. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.
8. Privacy Protection
The Company processes personal information in accordance with the Daily Move Privacy Policy, which is accessible within the app.
9. Disclaimers
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or user-to-user disputes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
