1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Mavericks in Motion Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and users (“you”, “your”, or “member”) in connection with the use of the mobile application Daily Move (“Service”).
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users regarding the use of the Service.
2. Definitions
1.
“Service” refers to all digital features and functions provided through the Daily Move mobile application, including routine management, posting, commenting, sharing, and media uploads.
2.
“User” means any person who accesses or uses the Service, whether registered or unregistered.
3.
“Member” means a user who has registered an account and logs into the Service.
4.
“Content” means any material (text, image, video, comment, reply, etc.) created, uploaded, or shared by users through the Service.
5.
“Platform” refers to mobile app distribution channels such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
3. Effect and Amendment of Terms
1.
These Terms are posted within the app or on the Company’s website for users to review.
2.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
3.
If these Terms are amended, the Company will notify users in advance by stating the effective date and reasons for the changes.
4.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
4. Description of Services
The Company provides the following services through Daily Move:
1.
Routine and goal management (to-do list features).
2.
A community board for sharing posts related to sports, fitness, and daily life.
3.
Image and video upload functions.
4.
Comment and reply functions.
5.
Likes, bookmarks, and sharing functions.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service to improve functionality or security.
In the event of service termination, users will be notified in advance according to applicable laws and policies.
5. Account Registration and Management
1.
Members must register with a valid email address and password.
2.
Members are responsible for keeping their account information secure and preventing unauthorized access.
3.
The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:

Use of another person’s information
•
Providing false information
•
Using an inappropriate username or prohibited term
4.
Members may delete their account at any time via the in-app “Settings” menu.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in any of the following activities:
1.
Infringing upon the rights of others (including copyrights, portrait rights, and privacy).
2.
Posting or sharing hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
3.
Uploading sexual, pornographic, or obscene material.
4.
Posting illegal, violent, or harmful content.
5.
Posting spam, advertisements, or phishing links.
6.
Disrupting the operation of the Service, including unauthorized access or data manipulation.
7.
Using another person’s account or credentials without permission.
7. User Content and Rights
1.
The copyright of content created and posted by users remains with the original creator.
2.
By posting content, users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
3.
The Company may use user content for marketing or service improvement purposes, including display in promotions or recommendations.
4.
The Company may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.
5.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post and for any disputes arising from it.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Use
1.
All rights to the Service, including trademarks, software, and design, belong to the Company or its licensors.
2.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content without the Company’s written permission.
3.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from user-to-user interactions such as comments, likes, or shared posts.
9. Service Restrictions and Account Suspension
1.
The Company may restrict or suspend user access without prior notice if the user:

Violates these Terms or relevant laws
•
Provides false or misleading information
•
Posts harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
•
Attempts to hack or manipulate the Service
2.
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account suspension.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
1.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, network outages, third-party misconduct).
2.
The Company does not intervene in user disputes and bears no responsibility for damages arising from user interactions.
3.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-generated content.
11. Privacy Protection
The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Daily Move Privacy Policy.

12. Global Use
1.
The Service is provided to users worldwide.
2.
Users must comply with the laws of their respective countries when using the Service.
3.
The Company may restrict access or adjust content to comply with local regulations.
4.
In case of conflict between language versions, the Korean version of these Terms shall prevail.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the competent court located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
3.
For international users, dispute resolution may be subject to applicable local laws or international principles.
14. Miscellaneous
1.
Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices.
2.
The Company may establish additional policies (e.g., Community Guidelines, Advertising Policy), which shall form part of these Terms.
3.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
