Daily Move (“the Service”) is an online routine management service provided by Mavericks in Motion Co., Ltd. (“the Company”).
The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable privacy laws.
We have established this Privacy Policy to protect your personal information and to ensure that any inquiries or concerns regarding privacy are handled promptly and smoothly.
The personal information we process is used only for the purposes and within the scope to which you have consented, in order to provide our services efficiently.
Unless required by law or with your explicit consent, the Company will never provide your personal information to any third party. You can therefore use our services with confidence.

Even data retained by law will be permanently destroyed after the statutory retention period expires.

Electronic data: Secure technical deletion to make recovery impossible.

Printed materials: Physical destruction such as shredding or incineration.
6. User and Legal Guardian Rights

Users may at any time view, correct, or delete their personal information, and members may request to withdraw (delete) their account.

However, if the Company has a legitimate reason to refuse such requests (e.g., public interest, legal restrictions), it may do so, and the reason for refusal and appeal process will be provided within 10 days.

Members may view or edit their information through the “Settings” menu within the service.
Alternatively, users can contact the Privacy Officer by email or phone for corrections or account deletion, which will be handled without delay.

If a user requests correction of an error, the Company will not use or share the personal data until the correction is complete.
If erroneous data has already been shared with third parties, they will be notified of the correction.

For users under 14 years of age, their legal guardian may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for the child’s personal data.
